Protecci\u00f3n solar imprescindible, evitar las horas de m\u00e1s sol, sobre todo en verano&#8230;pero no renuncies al sol, sobre todo porque nos proporciona <strong>VITAMINA D<\/strong> que es fundamental para nuestra Salud<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">La Vitamina D, no se genera por si\u00a0sola\u00a0en nuestro organismo, por eso necesitamos incorporarla\u00a0del exterior a trav\u00e9s de la alimentaci\u00f3n y de la LUZ SOLAR<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">Apenas encontramos esta vitamina en el mundo vegetal, los champi\u00f1ones son de los\u00a0pocos vegetales que nos la\u00a0proporcionan. S\u00ed podemos encontrarla en el pescado\u00a0azul, los huevos y los l\u00e1cteos enteros o semis.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">Sin embargo la\u00a0mejor fuente de VITAMINA D es el SOL.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">La vitamina D obtenida por el contacto del sol dura el doblede tiempo en el organismo que la obtenida con los alimentos.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><strong>\u00bfY porque es tan importante?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\n<p>Es una vitamina liposoluble que cumple diferentes funciones en el organismo. Destaca la de servir como veh\u00edculo para la absorci\u00f3n del calcio, un mineral que es esencial para el desarrollo y crecimiento de los huesos y para mantenerlos fuertes. Sin la vitamina D el calcio no puede ser absorbido y en los adultos, se produce un proceso gradual de desmineralizaci\u00f3n \u00f3sea que ocasiona primero una osteopenia y luego una osteoporosis, con el elevado riesgo de sufrir fracturas que esta patolog\u00eda comporta. En los ni\u00f1os puede ser el origen de raquitismo.<\/p>\n<p>Los m\u00fasculos requieren esta vitamina para el movimiento.\u00a0Su d\u00e9ficit se relaciona con problemas musculares, debilidad y atrofia.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hace a\u00f1os que se estudia la relaci\u00f3n de la Vitamina D y algunos tipos de c\u00e1ncer. Tambi\u00e9n se sabe que el d\u00e9ficit de esta vitamina\u00a0 influye en otras enfermedades como la diabetes, la obesidad incluso la depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo\u00a0 \u00a0y muy importante la relaci\u00f3n entre la Vitamina D y el sistema inmunitario.
